Aeropod project is S P Setia's maiden project in Kota Kinabalu. Aeropod is the largest integrated linear city in Kota Kinabalu spanning over 60-acre of land. The project embraces S P Setia's development philosophy of LiveLearnWorkPlay and is expected to be a tourist attraction because of its connectivity as a railway hub and close proximity to the international airport.
In Malaysia, S P Setia has established a strong brand presence in the state of Selangor, Penang, Johor and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, synonymous with quality and value creation.Leveraging on the strong demand for commercial and investment grade properties, S P Setia has expanded its property business into the commercial sector with projects such as SetiaWalk in Puchong, Setia Avenue in Setia Alam and Setia City Mall, S P Setia's maiden retail mall project is also located within the integrated township of Setia Alam.
The Group has also spread its wings to international frontiers such as Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, China and more recently the United Kingdom. S P Setia embarked on its first international foray to Vietnam in 2007 when it joined forces with the country's top state-owned conglomerate, Becamex IDC Corp to develop EcoLakes at MyPhuoc Industrial Park. The Group's latest expansion to the United Kingdom in 2012, spearheaded the regeneration project of the iconic Battersea Power Station, the largest regeneration project in London, alongside Sime Darby Berhad and the Employee Provident Fund (EPF).
